Jacksonville police say they arrested a man who tried to molest a child at the Mandarin public library. Quick thinking by the child and the library staff led police to the suspect.

Governor Charlie Crist signed into law a bill that would allow gun owners to keep their guns in their cars in most places, including at work an in shopping center parking lots. The gun owner must have a concealed carry permit and keep the gun locked in the car.
